SAIL Pension scheme Still on paper... Since 1995 While other PSUs & Government Organizations provide pension & care for the retired personnel..... It is imperative for the SAIL management to look into the Pension scheme for ALL the ex-employees.... How long will it remain in the files? With most PSUs having a very good pension scheme. SAIL has only been processing files.
