Dear Friends, The Stanley Cohen Defense Committee wants to thank all of you for signing the Justice for Stanley Cohen petition, for your comments, and for your letters of leniency. Your support means the world to Stanley and to all of us. The petition, your comments, and all the letters of leniency have been compiled and submitted to the court. Stanley will face the Judge on October 21, 2014 for sentencing. We all hope that your outpouring of support for Stanley will resonate with the judge and convince him to conclude that the pea bargain and the overly-zealous prosecution are disproportionate to the charges alleged and make a just decision to reject the plea and release Stanley.
