Please share our petition to award the Congressional Gold Medal to MACV SOG

The photo included with this update is ST Alabama a week after the mission described in this story, "9 SOG Recon men vs 10,000-man NVA division," which was recently posted on our website. Stories like this make it very clear why the casualty rates for SOG reconnaissance teams during the eight-year secret war fought across the fence in Laos, Cambodia and North Vietnam exceeded 100%.

We've gained 697 signatures since the first of October. We are only 184 signatures away from 1000! The petition will stay up until the end of December.

So, once again, thank you so very much for signing. But we still need your help. Please share the story above and share the petition, again if you have already have done so before. We need to send a loud and clear message to Congress.
