I am reproducing the extracts on the latest developments in the ongoing court cases at Kerala High Court on Pension Updation as hereunder as received from Sri. C N Venugopal. We shall wish him all the very best in all his endeavour of getting justice to Bank Retirees. 

"Our petitions for updating of pension are posted as item 309 tomorrow, but our counsel needs more preparations and will be seeking a short extension, possibly two to three days when they will again be listed for hearing. All of us can remain in a positive mood with prayers to Allmighty since the issue is strategic so that events will take shape as per our expectations. In M K Ravindran petition, we have filed a befitting reply affidavit with no escape route for the bank and government.
