My complaint filed on 21.04.2018 with NHRC on human rights violations of Non-updation of periodical Pension, Non-improvement in family pension & on seeking refund of unauthorised amount collected while approving Second option pension during 2009 in violation of pension Regulations since acknowledged by NHRC as hereunder: "NHRC has received your letter regarding Jaya prakash N.. The Diary No. is : 72568/CR/2018. You may use this Diary Number for future reference". Awaiting further progress in the matter vested with NHRC, further development will be shared with all Bank Retirees. My sincere request to all Bank Retirees to file as many Complaints as possible individually in similar pattern with NHRC to bring moral pressure on the decision makers in the matter. Thanks.
