Please note, tonight at 5:21 we received an 11/7 email from Jillian Swan noting that there will now be a 2024 Budget Q&A meeting on Monday Nov 27th at 7:30 BY ZOOM. (I have emailed a request that we also have an in-person option and noted that the Abington Library has a community room.)

This email from Jillian requests that any questions regarding the 2024 Budget and Special Assessment be emailed to jillian.swann@associamidatlantic.com.

From speaking to neighbors some of the starter questions I've heard include:

1. Why do we have a $1600 special assessment for "balancing expenses"? Special assessments have been used for infrastructure repairs -- like the roofs.
2. Are we adequately funded? If not, why not? If not, what is the plan?
3. What is the 5 year plan of expenses and maintenance items? And what does this mean for a 5 year projection of condo fee increases and special assessments? We want a clear and straightforward plan and annual updates. No more moving targets (like the mysterious snow removal money and money moving between accounts)
4. The last reserve study was conducted in 2018 -- it is supposed to be conducted every couple of years. This needs to be reinstated.
