A victory - Labor commits to halve homelessness by 2025

Thanks to your wonderful support Labor have now announced their housing and homelessness policy and it includes the commitment you called for - a target to halve homelessness by 2025. As the Greens have already committed to a target to end homelessness, we are now only waiting on policy commitments from the Liberal and National parties. Homelessness Australia, and the VoteHome Alliance will also continue to encourage Labor to complement their halve homelessness target with a commitment to the resources needed to achieve it, and the necessary increase in affordable housing.
