UMB presented to the Hollins Roundhouse Association last Wednesday. The association asked UMB to schedule a community-wide special meeting ASAP to talk about the plans in more depth. It also urged UMB to present to the Poppleton Now Community Association, the boundary of which is the north side of Baltimore and MLK. The potential impacts specifically on the intersection of Baltimore and Fremont have not been addressed by UMB in either session so far, which would affect Poppleton. UMB said it expects to wrap up the planning stage within 6 months, at which point road work will begin.
