April 5th 2024, Joanna was finally scentenced for the death of out son Wyatt. Not only did she recieve a small 10K bond amount, she also broke bond in October 2023 and is JUST being charged with an OWI with a minor child in the vehicle. I'm not a political person and I don't know where to start to demand change. When she was first released we were told if she broke bond, it would be revoked. You can imagine my rage at the next bond hearing that an additonal 5K cash bond was set, so again she was set free to harass my family until scentencing. I hope to continue to get signatures and advocate how emotionally and physically draining it is to live in a population of 2,500 people and face your sons murderer every day.
