It turns out that the Cincinnati office is the correct address (not the Nashville office). And the emails all work perfectly!!!

Please send an email to the following RRM. You can send the long email (from the previous update) or just send a short one requesting that they honor Sam's request to be moved to Lexington. All the recipients have received Sam's original package.
