We encourage everyone to watch "Cabrini," a faith-based movie produced by Angel Studios, the makers of "The Chosen" film.  The movie Cabrini, running until Thursday this week,  shows the parallel between helping people experiencing poverty and never losing hope.  This theme rings a bell to most of us who relentlessly work together to make light of a dire situation.  St. Mother Francesca Cabrini models the virtue of hope in that she rescued poor Italian immigrants in the early 20th century in New York, which spread across the globe where her congregation built hospitals and schools, the most immense mission humanity has ever experienced accomplished in history.

While the shrine may be out of sight, it is a testament to the miracles that unfold when we unite as a community and allow God to work through us. We are grateful for the unwavering support and belief in our cause from individuals like you.  Your prayers for their safety and well-being are invaluable.

When our Lady asks us to do something, we can respond with a resounding "YES" and give it all to God, no matter our circumstances. When someone rang the doorbell at St. Jude's Academy of the Arts on the day of the showing of the Cabrini movie, there she was outside, encouraging all of us to persevere in prayer, all captured on video surveillance camera, which we shared with everyone last week.

St. Cabrini once said, "What kind of world do you want to live in?  What can you do about it?", "The world is too small for all that I want to accomplish", and this:

The salvation of humanity does not depend on material success, on sciences that could cloud the intellect, on arms and human industries, but on Jesus alone."
