These call recordings from the day Gaia disappeared reveal she & her family were dismissed, disbelieved & laughed at when they called Dorset Police for help. We believe their ignorance & discrimination contributed to her death and that these calls tell you everything you need to know about why we need better training and a specialist unit within every police force.

The inquest into Gaia’s death exposed over 50 missed opportunities in Gaia's are and the search for her. Shockingly, the jury were barred from considering whether police search failures contributed to Gaia's death but unanimously supported her family on every other issue and found that the impact of this "acute situational crisis" on her mental state contributed to her death.
