There is a doctor at the Royal Free Hospital who is currently in trouble for his rants on Twitter. The hearing is ongoing at the GMC today. If someone can download this PDF document and relevant article and pass it to him, that will be good. As we can see, by the GMCs own argument, his case cannot stand and should never have got to the hearing. If this case is not won, it will be used to strike down every striking doctor protesting on the internet. These are the arguments used by me when winning all my cases at the GMC before hearing.
