On a great day for the world - the meeting between the two Korean Leaders which substantially reduced the risk of nuclear war and provoked by the 'shark' diplomacy of that awful man - Britain's economy slumped again. By the way dont tell me that 'shark' diplomacy is the way forward... far too unpredictable and dangerous! There is no doubt that people react to current issues and not about anything in the future. Thus the slow growth and fall in the pound announced today may shake a few people's heads. Brexit will be an economic disaster for most UK citizens - there are always a few who will benefit although I hope not Johnson, Farage and Rees-Mogg. Remember the UK is still actually 'IN' the EU so what we have seen today is nothing compared for when we are 'OUT'. Please excuse my not very appropriate pic below, simply I wanted to re-affirm my belief in CSR/Sustainability and decent values - even though, as the above rapprochement showed, sometimes stupidity helps! Thanks to all the new sign-ups to my petition in the past few weeks - I make nothing out of it myself except peace and calm when Brexit is defeated.
