Harrow View Point Car Park Closed

Is Harrow View Point a View Point anymore with huge mountains of earth blocking the beautiful views over London. 

Harrow Council have closed the Harrow View Point carpark since September 2020 and showing no signs of re opening or any works being carried out on the site. There is no updates on their website or notices placed on the site or any contact information to contact the council.
