Success! This is great news! Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) will be withdrawing the proposed revisions to the fertilizer rule that would eliminate the reporting requirements. FDACS representatives believe that reporting of fertilizer sales by industry retailers to FDACS will be continued on a monthly basis. We did it! Thank you for your letters, petitions, and calls!
