ALERT! March 23rd, the developer submitted his building plan to the Hamilton Planning Board in preparation for the 'Pre Application Conference' meeting, APRIL 6th at 7PM. His new plan has increased from 25 to 36 structures adding an even larger threat---the overriding damage and destruction of the land, wildlife and watershed we wish to protect and save! The footprint has grown to result in even more forest removal and all that exists within.
Since this is not a Public Hearing, there will only be a limited time for public comments. However, we do plan to have our attorney and field experts attend and a spokesperson for our group (an abutter) will present our concerns.
