Hello Lorne Park and Clarkson Community,

As many are aware, the City Council passed a vote on October 7, 2024 that made it possible for Indwell to pay $246,432 for the 24 parking spaces they were short (they were required to have 41 by zoning By-law and they have only 17).

It has come to our attention that "Pay in Lieu" for the lack of parking that was voted on has been reduced to $2.00. Yes, you read that correctly, Indwell will no longer have to pay the $246,432 and it will now have to pay just $2.00.
