We are officially over 400 signatures now. The Planning Board meeting is just three days away, and we ask that if you live in Benton County, Arkansas and are able, to come join us at 6pm at the Quorum Court Room at 215 E Central Ave, Bentonville, AR 72712. The Planning Board will likely make a decision at this meeting. If residents show up to speak, or simply sit in support, we would appreciate it. We do ask that all comments stay civil and respectful, the Board are our neighbors too and we hope they will always act in the best interests of our citizens.

There is also a Facebook page for the Benton County AR government. Leave comments under the Planning Board meeting announcement, write your Board members via email, and encourage others to keep signing the petition. Our goal is 500 before Wednesday at noon.

Details and an agenda are also up on the Benton County Government web page. SMT has submitted new documents, but we're unsure at this time if they address many of the concerns that have been raised. We encourage everyone to research and make their own informed decisions because this is how great citizenship evolves.
