Last night, I saw a post from County Legislator Nick Page on Facebook: the press release with the signed letter from all of the Dutchess County Democratic Legislators demanding that they meet this month. I was outraged and I knew I needed to do something.
I've shared the press release on Twitter and Facebook and I've emailed Chairman Pulver (and commented/messaged him on his Facebook Page).
I created this petition only 10 hours ago and we are already HALF WAY TO OUR INITIAL GOAL!
Thank you for signing and demanding your county government do its job. Know that the Dutchess County Democrats agree with you. Please share this far and wide and ask everyone you know to sign it. We need to send a strong, clear message to Chairman Pulver AND the Dutchess County Republicans that they need to DO THEIR JOB.
Our direct response to the Covid-19 crisis depends on it.
