I'm so terribly sorry but we have lost the Judicial Review.

I have been told that the judgement will be fully considered and legal advice will be taken as to whether to seek leave to appeal. That will depend on whether there is a realistic likelihood of success.

Apparently the judge was sympathetic but found against us.

I will let you know if I hear anything else - but for now I'm heart broken at the news.

We couldn't have done anymore and we can hold our heads up high even though I know that is of so little consolation at this moment.

I will be in touch soon but I need some time to process this terrible news.
