The coroner, Heidi Connor has delivered her findings today and she has concluded that the Ofsted inspection contributed to Ruth Perry's sad passing.

My thoughts today are with the family, friends and Caversham Primary School, this is terribly sad news and the last few days will have been terribly hard on them and now it is all raw again.  

It shouldn't have come to this.

Enough is enough now, reform is needed and it is needed now.
