Sorry I have not updated you in a long time but we are on the verge of renaming Jefferson Davis Highway statewide in Virginia. The new name will be Emancipation Highway. We are just waiting for Governor Northam to sign the new legislation and the we can claim a FINAL VICTORY and close this petition.
