Dear Supporter of Darin Brusiter's Petition for Clemency / New Trial:

We appreciate your continuous support! Update: Darin Brusiter is awaiting a decision on his Motion to Withdraw guilty plea and will be filing new supporting evidence that goes to his innocence (including two expert reports and analysis of the evidence) and additional evidence and arguments on ineffectiveness of his prior counsels in handling his case.

Darin Brusiter is also submitting more evidence to the Parole Board and Governor DeWine's office for clemency/commutation of his sentence/ and/or release while he continues his case with the Court. We strongly hope for a favorable decision by the Board and the Governor's office. With the growth in the number of COVID 19 positive deaths in the incarcerated community, it is now crucial to release and decarcerate majority of the prison population especially those who have been fighting to prove their innocence. 

It is now more important than ever to write your comments, draft letters, and continue to share his page so others can read and show their support.
