Dear Friends and Supporters
Earlier today, Tuesday the 19th November 2024, we learned our dear friend and former British Airways Cabin Crew colleague Carol Ng, has been sentenced to 4.5 years in jail under Hong Kong's national security law. Carol has been detained, along with 46 other Activists, for the last 3 and a half years in Lo Wu Correctional Institution.
This is of course terrible news for Carol and her family but we remain hopeful that if the authorities allow for time served for good behaviour, Carol and the other Activists will be released in 2025. The link below gives details of all the sentences.
