I sincerely urge all Indian citizens to sign this petition to stop the VPN ban, which is suggested by "The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs". This policy is in the proposal stage.

It is visible that the usage of VPN services in our personal and professional life is a legal and robust safeguard against online identity theft. 

I have attached all the articles which say the advantages and disadvantages of banning VPN services in our country. I can see that the benefit of using a VPN service is enormous for all Indian citizens.

I understand the government's concerns that people are using the VPN services to do anti-national and criminal activities by using the anonymity feature of the VPN services.

But banning the VPN is not the solution to the above illegal activities. The Government should take other steps like talking to the VPN service providers and pressure them to cooperate with the Indian Government to identify such people and groups.
