Petition delivery to Moore Foundation 6/26/2026

Aloha So deeply grateful for everyone who was able to assemble to deliver the petition and other documents. Kanaka Maoli, Pacific island relatives, native peoples of these lands we stood on, students and staff members and decades long supporters from elders to babies were there to represent the 500,000+ who had signed the petition. This expression of 'A'ole TMT has been years in the making and to finally be there was immense and beautiful. Above all I carried in my heart those who stood as we witnessed in the film Temple Under Siege, the first five contested case petitioners Kealoha, Paul, Ku, Debbie and KAHEA and my parents who would have been so proud if they were still here. Without the petitioners, all of their family members, and supporters we wouldn't have become the Flores-Case 'Ohana, the sixth petitioner. Mahalo to every single Kia'i who stands for the mauna, who stands for every place and everything we cherish and hold dear. The mauna was with us. We love you all.
