There are about 100 thousand blind people in Ukraine, who use modern devices as well as ordinary people. All of them have strong desire to study, work and communicate with the help of devices, but they can’t do that. Unfortunately, there is no completed speech synthesis or even Google’s Text-to-Speech tool in Ukrainian. The last one suits the needs of visually impaired Ukrainians in the best way and enables devices to speak to you or read content aloud. 
We kindly ask Google Ukraine to implement Ukrainian language to Text-to-Speech tool on Android OS and to help all blind Ukrainians to see the world through their devices!
