I received another refusal to appeal, and was forced to change the application. But in general, it did not hurt, but even improved its functionality. I had to add dead man trigger as the "main" functionality.

5 days after the last refusal, I finally received "permission" to publish. Thanks all. Maybe this petition can make google play better.
