Android 11 is introducing scoped storage which will cause issues with file managers, automation apps and so on. 

Apps on the play store can bypass this issue by targeting Android 10 instead of 11.

From November, developers are required to target Android 11, which, unless exempt from Google, will mean that access to files will be significantly restricted.
