I wanted to invite you to show further support if you are able, by cheering Graham Walters on the Brisbane to Gold Coast (B2GC) annual cycling event this Sunday 14th Oct, where Graham Walters (one of the strongest people I know) will be leading out 10,000 cyclists from South Brisbane on the journey to the Gold Coast, and is expected to arrive at the finish line of the B2GC ride around 10am. He won't be completing the full length of the ride (its a long way on a hand-cycle!), but will be completing the first and last leg's of the ride.
