Hello all, unfortunately Weston Homes/Tesco  have submitted the plan to build on the Tesco site available at: This location

It is for 1280 flats which will damage our community and stretch infrastructure and services to breaking point. Here is the letter from Redbridge Council.

WE NEED TO GET IN AS MANY APPEALS AS POSSIBLE TO REDBRIDGE PLANNING.

The application reference is 4309/19. As of yesterday the application is live and all documents/plans are on the Council's website.

It will appear on the weekly list (to Councillors) sent next Monday (25.11.2019).

Neighbour letters are being produced and despatched this week. Site notices will be up next Monday (25.11.2019). The press advert (Ilford Recorder) will be in their 05.12.2019 edition.

The neighbour consultation period will run from 25.11.2019 - 31.12.2019.
