A Promising Step Toward Greater Access

Campaign Update: Expanding Hope Through Greater Access
Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition.
When Zolgensma was introduced, its list price of approximately $2.1–$2.4 million made it one of the most expensive medicines in the world. Since then, there have been reports that some healthcare systems have negotiated substantially lower prices through confidential agreements and country-specific reimbursement arrangements.
This is encouraging because it demonstrates that greater affordability and broader access are possible when stakeholders work together.
Our campaign respectfully encourages continued efforts to:
Develop fair and sustainable pricing strategies.
Expand humanitarian and managed-access programs.
Strengthen partnerships between Novartis, governments, insurers, and healthcare providers.
Help ensure that more eligible children can receive treatment before it is too late.
Every child deserves a chance at life, regardless of where they are born or the financial resources available to their family or healthcare system.
Thank you for supporting this mission. Please continue sharing this petition so together we can help bring hope to more children living with SMA.
