Last night, Wednesday 9th September, Ballarat City Council resolved to continue the trial period at Pioneer Park despite the recommendation of the CEO to close the park immediately. This is a positive for the Ballarat community and we now need to encourage the RV community to utilise it. The trial period is due to be completed in 3 months and then Council will look at all options in regards to the area. CMCA were represented by Director Keith Moxham, wife Beth and member Grant Tillet who along with Bill Brady have been the drivers of this initiative. They should be congratulated for their determination and commitment to the project. If you are travelling through the western Victoria region, we encourage you to stay overnight at Pioneer Park.
