We are at a milestone in the month of April. John Wells, John Rossie and other Blue Water Navy advocates will be testifying before a Congressional hearing. Then on April 12 John Wells will be meeting with VA Secretary Shulkin to discuss the Blue Water Navy issue. So this is what we're going to do. We are CHALLENGING each and every one of you to pledge getting 10 signatures each added to this petiton. Just add your name in the comments and tell us you do pledge. Remember, you are not doing this for yourselves. You are pledging to help the Vietnam Blue Water Navy get their presumption reinstated!
