This is one of the most heart warming updates I will have the pleasure to write. Well what a day we had yesterday! Sasha went to the hospital and got told the good news that they would be accepting her money to pay for her transplant and will push for her it within the next 4 weeks, they will be contacting her donor and arranging for the process to begin! This means we only have about 3 weeks to reach her target! It's such a relief to hear those words we have been longing to hear - that this is going to go ahead but a little scary that we have only about 3 weeks to get the full funds! I'm sure with one 'Final Push' we will achieve this, for the power of people is amazing! We will do this! We have worked so hard to get her here and we cannot believe its actually going to happen! We cannot put into words how eternally grateful we are to each and every one of you for the support you have shown, but I need to ask you all for one last push for the funds, please share share share this petition not only for the funds but for the signatures as well because as you can see from my headline I have some more exciting news, last night we were spoken about in Parliament it was only a small 30 minute discussion but it was in the Main Chamber of the Houses of Commons! Mark Tami MP called for a discussion on Access to Stem Cell Transplants and in his opening speech he spoke about Sasha's case and our petition to the Minister and she had to give answers! You maybe able to watch this on parliament live tv, I'm not sure but I watched it live and the whole discussion was on this! She now needs to go back to Jeremy Hunt with the points that have been made, I don't know what the outcome will be but it's a huge step in the right direction for us and I am excited that we have been noticed!! So our journey continues, Sasha with our help will get her transplant in 4 weeks we have to do this for her, she has been through so much physically and definitely emotionally and now there is light at the end of the tunnel so please as always share, ask people to sign and if they can donate then please do so that we can reach her target in this small space of time! We have all come so far on this journey together and while Sasha is having her treatment I will continue to fight for everyone out there who may have to face this turmoil! I would never wish this on anyone and will not give up! Thank you so so much, Sasha has just had an enormous weight taken off her shoulders, this has been a very emotional journey and one that I feel will continue so that we can try and stop this from happening to anyone else, it's so unfair that we have even had to go through this! There really should be no price put on LIFE! I'm sure we can all do this together! Stand alone, you stand as one! Stand together, we stand as an army!
