My saga continues and is without any resolution as GIO are refusing to pay proper compensation the result of my ex employers negligence. Just remember people when buying insurance in the future - stay well away from GIO and its parent company SunCorp. They have no moral compass and treat genuine cases like me as some kind of criminal. How many victims of crime whose attacker has been convicted in court of GBH are required to attend for 10 sessions with doctors over a near 6 year period - these doctors being biased and prejudiced in favour of the insurance company. This entire process in perverse and has absolutely nothing to do with justice or doing the right thing, but is about turning the tables on the victim and making my life a bloody misery being made to run the gauntlet of unethical doctors, private investigators, and relentless persecution and harassment. October 25 2015 will mark the 6th year of my nightmare. I will NEVER give up even if it takes me all the way to the High Court of Australia - I will never give up as I have nothing to loose.
