“Yesterday our request for a temporary restraining order was dissolved without prejudice. Although the Judge did reserve the right to hold the rogue board members in contempt of court for ignoring our initial injunction that was granted by the courts for relief. 

We are in the process of working with our legal team to take expanded and wider scope action to save Noah’s Ark Sanctuary. More details on this to come very soon!

As we continue this fight for animals who do not have a voice and as our animals along with so many of our supporters continue to suffer due to the actions of a few, it is important that we continue to stay united for Noah's Ark. We will continue to share the impact these board members and the current president have had on the lives of these animals.
