Re: Escalation Request for Preliminary Investigation by the Office of the Prosecutor. Reference. Free Julian Assange, before it’s too late ICC Petition Notice 1 August 5, 2020, ICC Notice 2 August 27, 2020.

Attention Petition Designate: Chief Prosecutor (Ms Fatou Bensouda) and Deputy Prosecutor (Mr James Stewart)

Dear Ms Fatou Bensouda

          CC. Mr James Stewart

I am requesting an escalation of request for Preliminary Investigation of an alleged crime against humanity (Reference: Free Julian Assange, before it’s too late ICC Petition Notice 1 August 5, 2020 and ICC Petition Notice 2 August 27, 2020). This request is in reference to the verified psychological torturing of Mr Julian Assange (U.N. Spec. Rap. determination). This verified case of psychological/mental torture has allegedly been administered by public officers of the United Kingdom, Ecuador, Sweden and Australia whose parliaments have all ratified the ICC’s 1997 Rome Statute.

I wish to notify the ICC that official notification of the verified psychological torturing of Julian Assange has been presented to and not exclusively to public officers of the governments of the United Kingdom and Australia by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture and they have not stopped the continuation of the psychological torturing of Julian Assange. My reference to Ecuador and Sweden relates to their historical involvement of this alleged crime against humanity.

I wish to further notify that as a Signatory of the Free Julian Assange, before it’s too late Petition that notification of the verified case of the Psychological Torturing (ref. UN Spec. Rap. On Torture, May 31, 2019 public notice) of the Australian Citizen Mr Julian Assange was notified to all parliamentarians of the Australian Parliament. This official was delivered to all Australian Parliamentarians by way of Petition Notice 37, July 14, 2019 via direct email through the Australian Parliament House email server to each of the 226 Australian parliamentarians.

Together with 562,000 signatories we request the Office of the Prosecutor to escalate the "Free Julian Assange, before it’s too late ICC Petition Notice 1 August 5, 2020" and "ICC Petition Notice 2 August 27, 2020".

Thankyou in anticipation and I would appreciate feedback from your office on this most urgent request.

Yours sincerely

PS. very disappointing with the magistrates no bail decision, but now we are dealing with it. In co-ordination we will be delivering our petition to the International Criminal Court and it we believe this will be the largest petitioning of the International Criminal Court since it's inception.

Cheers

Phillip
