Hi All, I hope this message meets you and all those dear to you well. Our petitioned campaign will begin to ramp up as we move in to the August sitting period of the Australian Parliament. 

It is extremely important that this petition makes it into the list of the TOP 3 of the largest petitions to be entered into the Australian Parliament since 1901. To achieve this we need to grow to over 496,000 signatures. Currently we are at 484,000. Why is the Top 3 important? Because the Top 3 have not failed in the past. This disgusting persecution and clear and present perversion of justice is off the scale. We can all work together to achieve our purpose by promoting and pushing this petition hard, far and wide. This is a CoVid19 safe, legally and parliamentary conforming campaign and we have our most difficult part already achieved and that is getting this petition in parliament. We are already there and now we must work as a massive online army to take this petition to the next level.

To update you as to where we are and what we will be doing: We have a team of 24 parliamentarians in parliament on-board and applying pressure. This petition has been officially entered in parliamentary records (Tabled) in both the Senate (Upper House) and the House of Representatives (Lower House) of the Australian Parliament. This petition has been used as a platform for the Petitioner’s still active/unrejected request for a royal pardon (Royal Prerogative Power of Mercy [RPPM] request Jan. 22, 2020) to stop the extradition which is currently with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This RPPM request may be applied by way of Her Majesty’s determination to protect British legal sovereignty if the defence’s legal case fails.  

Future action: The Petitioner (on behalf of all of us) will be making a direct application to the United Nation’s founded International Criminal Court (ICC also called “The Hague”) to investigate with intent to possibly prosecute the allegedly complicit politicians that are facilitating an alleged Crime Against Humanity  by way of their alleged permitted, ongoing and orchestrated psychological torturing of Julian Assange because he exposed alleged War Crimes involving the slaughtering of innocent civilians, journalists, persons delivering first aid to the wounded and the dismembering of the innocent slaughtered civilians by deliberately driving over them with armored vehicles.

It is important on this point to highlight that Julian Assange has been determined as being psychologically tortured by the United Nations own Special Rapporteur on Torture and Cruel and Degrading Treatment through the objective analysis by way of the implementation of the “Istanbul Protocol” verification process by a team of specialist medical experts specifically expert in analysing and identifying instances of psychological torture.

According to the International Criminal Court 1997 Rome Convention the psychological torturing of individuals by government officials is determined as a Crime Against Humanity. To this end it must be understood that both Britain and Australia are infact ratified nations which are legally bound by the determinations of the ICC and their political representatives must appear in the ICC/The Hague if subpoenaed to give evidence. The USA is not a ratified nation and as such their politicians are not legally bound by the rulings of the ICC.

As Jeremy Hunt MP wished we will “stand together to make it an international taboo, of the highest order to murder, arrest or detain journalists just for doing their job”.

At over 480,000 signatures, this Petition is now the largest ‘E’ Petition that has ever been tabled in the history of the Australian Parliament. This petition is lawfully placing grievances before the parliament in accordance with parliamentary protocols that have been established since Federation 1901.

This petition is demanding adherence to the law and places its grievances of objection to the politically motivated show trial and unlawful torturing of an Australian Citizen journalist that has not been convicted of any crime.

If we are going to carry this campaign (under an Australian Mainstream Media Blackout) for so long and so far we may as well make history with it, so we ensure future historical records are etched with this travesty of justice which is a 100% politically motivated show trial.
