Thanks to everyone who signed and shared this petition to get us to 1,000 signatures! We've successfully put DA George Christian, Assistant DA Suzanne Boykin, and their boss Governor Brian Kemp on notice that We The People are opposed to their persistence in prosecuting an innocent man.

Unfortunately, the DA's office still shows no indication of dismissing the charges. Yesterday, Elder Freeman arrived ready for court, but a key witness, Bill Zigan of the Stephens County Police Department, called in sick with the flu, meaning that the hearing had to be rescheduled (for the fifth time now).
