Hello Friend,

You signed our petition, maybe several months ago, hoping that together we could change the course of a predetermined outcome. We lost that battle, but the fight is not over.

Your vote in the current municipal election could be the one that makes the politicians in this city take notice. I am thinking of one race in particular, that for District C council member.

What has been said of another politician could be said of the current District C Council Member, Abbie Kamin, that a dangerous place to be is between her and a camera. She appeared in this part of District C for photo ops with Mayor Turner when he came in May 2022 to assess whether to go forward with the 11th Street changes, and bobbed up again to take credit for the removal of the floating bus stops. She has never shown up at any of the meetings we have invited her to or responded to any of our concerns. 

There is another candidate running for District C, Perata PB Bradley. If you are dissatisfied how Kamin has (not) represented you in City Council, I  urge you to consider a vote for Bradley.
