It appears Rooterville's president Elaine West has "lawyered up" and put in a complaint with Change.org to remove this petition unless I provide additional evidence. I've already stated the investigator's name; the counties of the investigations; and the information you can find on public record like Rooterville's IRS and real estate information. I will not post the evidence that I have given to investigators for prosecutorial review. I will, however, post a link to a motion filed against Elaine West by another organization, Animal Recovery Mission, or ARM which alleges that she wrongfully killed 1000 chickens and admitted on court record that she sent animals to auction to cover boarding fees. Everyone knows that sending an animal to auction is a death sentence, behavior that is highly inexcusable for a so-called vegan forever home for its animals. ARM cited numerous contradictory statements West made publicly on Facebook about their organization and the excuses why she was killing the chickens-- statements anyone can look up and that I've personally seen myself. The link to ARM's legal court filing should suffice as evidence supporting West's long history of alleged abusive behavior adding further credibility to my petition. I'm hopeful Change.org does not remove my petition because I've not only provided enough evidence but it's my job as an animal rescuer to try and PREVENT further tragedy from occurring. A court verdict shouldn't have to be rendered in this case for me, an animal rescuer, to try and take preventative action before more animals are displaced and/or harmed at Rooterville. I ask you, the reader, to help me get justice for the animals already lost at Rooterville and to help protect the ones currently living there by sharing this petition far and wide.
