There's slight improvement, but it's mainly from the players rather than the manager. A different manager with more experience, know-how, charisma, and adaptability would've comfortably put West Ham--and several other teams Liverpool have faced this year--to the sword, and Liverpool wouldn't be in this situation to begin with.
