After my Ragepost in the Community Forums of Steam hit the 500 comments (it is still going on) I decided to make this post.

Before getting to the facts let's talk about opinions.

I know that design is something based on opinions. Everyone should know that. And also everyone should be allowed to design and develop things as they like it. This is not the reason for the enraged community nor for the start of this petition.

The reason is more simple. Most people see in the CIV games an adult simulation and strategy game. The main consumer of this game knows a lot of the background of CIV and also the strategy. The main consumer of CIV 6 is a CIV5 player who enjoys the history the discovering of new unknown things in the worlds of CIV. If the graphics of this game now look like "Clash of Clans" it is the most wrong way it could have gone. Everyone wanted an adult simulation game with more content. That's all. 

Besides that. Yes the new graphics look more sorted and less overhelming. But on the opposite it takes the whole mentality and atmosphere of this game. 

So I have a solution for this problem.

Since we all have no Idea about the game itself at this point. I can just say that a package to change the graphics in a more realistic way is an "more or less" easy way to stop all the problems which might come up until the release in oct. 2016 caused by the announced graphics. But please make it affordable. I think everyone would be okay with a pricetag along 20 €/$.
