Repeated attempts to seek a Commission of Inquiry/Royal Commission have been blocked. In May 2017 Robert Richter QC, Colin McLaren and Eve Ash presented a white paper outlining what happened to Bob Chappell, to Premier Will Hodgman, the TAS AG and the Solicitor General. The police investigation was flawed, the wrong person in jail, other suspects not investigated. The Tasmanian leaders were dismissive, saying they had full confidence in TasPol. Now Will Hodgman resigns to spend more time with his family... leaving a shattered INNOCENT SUE DESPERATELY NEEDING TO BE WITH HER FAMILY. Why can't Tas take responsibility for this heinous injustice?
