Another email was sent, this time to shoppers@shipt.com to address Shipt’s violations of their earning standards, the banning of the bundles etc. I provide proof (screenshots) of the almost 6600 people who have voted on Shipt’s very own feedback forum to ban the bundles, proof of their offer cards violating their own Earning Standards (as seen pictured in this update) and they keep skating around acknowledging and answering. I’ve asked twice for corporate’s email and contact information and am not receiving it. Even bundled offers have pay that violate Shipt’s standards.

If you do the math on the picture in this update pay/time x 60min it equals to less than $16 ($15.86) and how they manipulate us is by deducting a min from the est. time after the offer has been accepted. However, per the Standard it specifically states that No offer will be less than $16/hr. Once an offer is accepted it is no longer considered an offer and the original offer itself is still in violation of Shipt’s Standards.

I also addressed that if we are truly independent contractors then WE have the right to charge fees as we see fit.
Start invoicing Shipt and start charging them fees for bundles, multiple heavy items fee, large bulky items fees, etc..

Yes, we agreed that Shipt will only pay what they offer and pay more if and only if customers add more items. Let them. Just charge a fee for any of the above mentioned after all WE independent contractors have rights too.
