( we can not say right now ) Two dogs were running the roads near a hotel entrance in this filthy state. Both terrified and nearly hit by numerous cars. A lady kept them in sight until we could get there. The female here in this post is so terrified she just wets herself when you touch her. She will nip at you but only in fear. The state of her body is as bad as some of the dogs we have rescued of dealers at fairs so to m, both suggest they escaped an underground puppy farm or the house of a dealer. Right now our dog wardens have been notified. Tomorrow they will search the area to see what they can find. Of course there could be more, as this is a remote area. Of course no chip and she has been used for breeding. Poor girl. I hope the person that inflicted this is caught. http://ahar.ie/support
