Enforce your own TOS!" By the way, the target in question is a Mexican American who was targeted by a White supremacist and nativist. The issue being discussed was the state of the African-American community, and the target simply wrote, "Yes but as a whole, whites fair [sic.] much better, as a whole and in general terms blacks [sic.] live in poverty and produce many criminals. I am against wellfare [sic.], I myself am Mexican and view government assistence as a perfect receipe [sic.] for underdevelpment [sic.] and dependency all created for one purpose, votes for liberals." She was going off of statistics such as the abysmal rate of Black-on-Black crime, out-of-wedlock births within the African-American community, etc.. The statistics themselves were cited in rhetorical-question form: "Are they graduating high school? Getting into college? Getting a job that pays more than minimum wage?
