I would like to keep you updated on our case. I like to be open and transparent, so everyone knows what is going on, without giving false hope. 
We have been in contact with a lawyer who knows how to process Class Actions. We have discussed our matter briefly and it is under assessment at this stage. This process can take a couple of weeks, as there is a lot of information to consider and gather. 
I want to emphasise that it’s just at the initial stage and been assessed. There is the possibility that it may not proceed ; lawyers case load, suitability , experience etc is also to be taken into consideration. 
If we are advised not to proceed, then we will continue to parliament. I will not give up, and will continue all avenues possible, until there is a change in the system.
